If you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us. Refunds / Returns are taken on a case by case basis. We have the right to refuse any return item.
REPAIRS
If your Antimony piece is in disrepair please contact us, and we will see what we can do to help you out, depending on the nature of the repair.
CUSTOM
Yes we do custom work! The process is usually 4-6 weeks. Designer Nicole Caruso will sketch your design and work with you one on one with the design and model making process. A non-refundable 60% deposit is then required. With remainder of payment required at completion. *All custom orders are non-returnable, and final sale.*
RING RESIZING
We can resize rings up to 2 sizes up or down from the original size. There is a fee of $60. If you need a size that we do not have, we can custom make it for you for the same charge as the resizing fee of $60.
MATERIALS
Antimony uses Solid Yellow Brass, Sterling Silver, 10k Gold, and 14k Gold alloys. None of the alloys contain nickel. Depending on the nature of your skin the Yellow Brass may stain your skin green. Do not worry this is not permanent, or an unhealthy reaction. It's just a completely natural oxidation from the Copper in the Brass alloy, and comes off with soap and water.
ENGRAVINGS
